UPDATE June 8, 2025: DCR's website previously mentioned movie nights occur weekly, but the site was updated on May 27, 2025 and now only shows two movies at the Esplanade this summer (July 11th and August 22nd). We kept the original schedule below in case anything changes. But please check DCR's website this summer before heading out with your little ones.

Pack a blanket and some snacks for FREE movies under the stars. DCR (Department of Recreation & Conservation) has multiple movie sites throughout the state. Below are the Esplanade movie dates. Showings are on Fridays and start at sundown. Call (617) 727-6034 for more information.
