A relaxed breast is an efficient breast. These are my tips for a warm and rejuvenating massage.
Step One: Pick Your Favorite Oil
Mine has imbe oil, lychee berry and dragon fruit, so it smells amazing and feels good too. Ideally you want something that has nutritive properties to hydrate and nourish your skin. You can always use coconut oil or olive oil from your kitchen as well.
Step Two: Warm The Oil
Use a bottle warmer, or simply sit a glass bottle filled with your oil in hot water.
Step Three: Turn Off The Light
The darkness provides less visual stimulation and helps you focus on touch.
Step Four: Play Healing Sounds
It’s totally optional to incorporate meditation music. This speaker wirelessly connects to most phones so that you can play healing sounds straight from your mobile device.
Step Five: Touch All The Key Areas
Take your time massaging the entire breast, starting at the armpit. You also want to work the pectoral wall, fatty tissues and nipples. Experiment with different strokes, circular motions and pressures to determine which one your body responds to. Different areas may respond differently to different directions and forms of touch. Here are some to try...
I find circular kneading to be more favorable to the pits, rubbing for the tissue and weighted pressure for the nipple. But do what works best for you.
Always end with a gentle breast hug by wrapping your arms around yourself and gently squeezing your girls together.
Here are some things you may want to consider during the massage...
Celebrate Feminine Energy
Spiritually our breasts transfer love, wealth and healing energies to our young. So with purposeful touch we celebrate the art of being a wombman. The natural comfort, roundedness, softness, bounce and elasticity of these feminine-specific gifts.
Observe Milk Expression
While your eyes may be closed for the beginning, feel free to open and observe the fluidity of your let down. This is a physical reminder that you are a magically abundant, blessed and fertile wombman.
Even with the advancement of breast tech, nothing replaces human touch. So to optimize the health of your breasts, promote blood flow, increase immune functioning and release that love hormone (oxytocin) schedule regular self-massages, ideally following a warm bath.
Post massage, you should feel lighter, rejuvenated, relaxed, and look exceptionally shiny too.
Learning should always be fun. And learning your body is no exception. So enjoy getting familiar with your tissue density, how your supply feels, and the difference in glands and textures.
I hope you find time to truly pamper yourself. And I hope these five steps make your self-love day much more enjoyable.
