She moves too much and sleeps too little, so for her safety and my peace of mind, we now bathe together. Here's our 8 month old's hair routine...
Dry Scalp
I haven’t used soap this month. Mainly because her “dry scalp” looks like the allergic reaction me and her sister used to get from hair products. To err on the side of caution, I make sure to only use water on her hair every day to allow her scalp to heal itself.
Bath Time
Every morning I bathe her in the tub with warm water. She loves when I let the faucet trickle, so I let her play with the slow drip while the bath slowly fills.
Styling
I rub olive oil in between my hands then spread on her scalp. I'm still loving the baby brush to massage her scalp and style her hair.
Soft Spot
Yup, it's still there and allegedly does not close until 18 to 24 months. I will keep you updated.
