Kings Amongst Kings
An intergenerational community that strives to create a safe and supportive space for Kings in Boston. They've helped their members launch careers, establish businesses, and acquire investment properties. Kings Amongst Kings hosts monthly in-person events at various locations. Past events included a golfing event in Canton, a networking event in West Roxbury, a goal setting workshop in Dorchester, a communications workshop in Mattapan, and more!
Daddy & Me
Daddy and Me is a literacy program founded by Marzuq Muhammad in 2018. Muhammad wanted to provide "a space for fathers, grandfathers and uncles in the community to instill the love of reading in children." Their events are geared towards fathers with children ages 3 to 7 -- but all are welcome. Daddy and Me hosts monthly reading sessions via zoom. In June, they have an annual family fun day with face painting, field games, arts-and-crafts, community resources, free books, and more!
