I’m Struggling To Feed Our Children Post-Breastfeeding

Now that we have a house full of girls who still crave the holistic experience of breastfeeding, they frequently want something that stimulates their taste buds the way the original soul food (breastmilk) did.

And after being a vegetarian for almost a decade and having unlimited access to salad bars and delicious buffets, I never had the need to perfect my cooking skills pre-children.

So what am I doing to make sure our family is eating well?

I’ve been super appreciative when family and friends treat us to a delicious dinner. Which thankfully shows me what meals our children love.

My personal shopper (mom) and Whole Foods via Amazon have been super helpful in making sure we always have fresh food to cook.

I’m trying to perfect five meals that our entire family enjoys.

And most importantly, I’m taking it one day at a time and blushing when our girls say breakfast/dinner tastes good.

How about you? Has preparing food that compares with breastmilk been difficult for you? What have you been doing? Need to schedule a one-on-one? Use code: HEART2HEART.
