This calculator was designed for stay-at-home moms who have been out of the workforce for at least a year and have no idea what their compensation can be.
What does "return to work" mean?
Returning to work (especially for stay-at-home moms) could mean being hired as a freelancer or being contracted by an organization. Work after children can look very different from work-life prior to becoming a mother.
What does this calculator not include?
