What Homeschool Advice Did You Take For Granted?

”Learn with them!” a veteran homeschool mom of 18 years encouraged me.

I think I asked her, “what if I don’t know the material?”

I literally thought she meant study science, math, and history before our girls so that I can teach them.

But I now know that I am literally learning new things alongside them. And quite often, it’s them teaching me.

Our children have taught me more practical life skills than I have ever learned in my entire career as a student.

This homeschool journey has taught me so much about myself, life, and natural learning. I’ve truly grown so much as a person and I’m appreciative of the process.

Have you ever received homeschool advice that you initially took for granted? Who gave it to you and what was it? Need to schedule a one-on-one? Use code: HEART2HEART.

Until next time...
