How We Officially Registered Our Boston Homeschooler in 2018

We officially registered our six year old for homeschool.

Here’s how…

1. Obtain Homeschool Application

This can be done by emailing homeschooling@bostonpublicschools.org.

Or by visiting the Office of Educational Options at - 60 Hawthorn Street Roslindale, MA 02131

2. Complete The Form

The 2018-2019 form is a quick one-pager back and front. In the video below, I show you the form and how our family filled it out.

3. Return Completed Form To Office Of Educational Options

We've met families who mailed the form certified to the Office of Educational Options, so that they have proof the department received it. Another family used email. Whatever form of communication you use, it's important to keep copies of your paperwork filed in a secure place.

Congratulations! You are officially registered.

Hope this helps!

Dominique
