Tickets are first come, first serve and are available at the Ferry Center beginning at 8:00am. No advance reservations, so arrive early as this event sells out fast! Ferries depart from Gate A2 . Plan to be in line at least 15 minutes before ferry departs. Boston to Georges Island: 10:00am 12:00pm 2:00pm Boston to Spectacle Island: 10:30am 12:30pm 2:30pm Downtown parking can be as low as $10 to over $50. Try Spot Hero to find a garage with the best rate. Ride sharing can be a great option if you prefer to be chauffeured. And the MBTA can be the least expensive depending on where you are traveling from. Use Google Maps or the above price estimators to determine the best option for you. You’ll learn the basics of fishing, from casting out to baiting up. As well as setting up your rod, tying knots, and identifying fish. No fishing license is required.
