For a small fee, your family can become members and enjoy unlimited access to their facilities, programs and services. We love the pools.

Franklin Park Tennis Association*

They are great with the kids. Adults have free classes too.

Originations

Starting at 3, this dance school is the only one I am aware of that teaches African dance and celebrates Black culture.

Roxbury Youth Soccer League

Soccer starts at 4 years old for a small fee.

Swaby Tae Kwon Do

Master Swaby is great with the kids. I'm impressed that children spar as young as 4 years old.

Play to learn all day. Get free passes from the library or go Fridays after 5pm for $1.

Boston Public Library*

So many books, activities, cool people. I'm sure every branch is amazing...Just Go!

Great way to start baby in routine and build community. Once a week class with baby & caregiver.

Story time and chance to pet domestic animals at the MSPCA (animal shelter) 

Mass Audobon*

While they do have free events and online quests, they also offer very interesting nature classes for kids (for a small fee).

The Discovery Center is great for 0-3 year olds. Explore with the family. Get free passes from library.

The Museum of the National Center For Afro-American Artists

also known as the black head museum, this place is a hidden gem
